Join Our Team: Volunteer for the 2025 Write with Music Festival!

Are you passionate about literature, music, and event planning? The Write with Music Festival is gearing up for an unforgettable 2025 edition, and we are looking for dedicated volunteers to help bring it to life!

We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to fill the following volunteer roles:

1. Logistics & Operations Manager (1 person)

• Handles venue management, equipment setup, and overall event logistics. 

• Ensures sound, lighting, stage setup, and seating arrangements are in place. 

• Coordinates with vendors, security, and volunteers to maintain seamless operations.

Ideal For:

•  Individuals with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Those with experience or interest in event programming, content curation, or festival planning.
•  Creative thinkers who can design compelling and diverse event lineups.
• People who can problem-solve quickly and manage last-minute schedule changes with ease.

2. Volunteer Coordinator (1 person)

• Recruits, trains, and manages volunteers for various festival tasks. 

• Acts as the main point of contact for guest speakers, musicians, and attendees. 

• Ensures a welcoming and organized experience for all participants.

3. Content Manager (2 persons)

• Work with the Festival Curator to curate and schedule panel sessions, workshops, and performances, ensuring an engaging and well-structured lineup.

• Coordinates with speakers, musicians, and moderators to ensure content aligns with the festival theme. 

• Ensures smooth transitions between sessions and manages any last-minute program adjustments.

• Capture event highlights through photography, videography, and social media updates.

• Assist in managing live streams and digital content.

• Create engaging posts and festival recaps for online platforms.

• Conduct interviews with artists, speakers, and attendees.

Ideal For:

• Creative individuals with skills in photography, videography, or social media.

• Those with experience in digital storytelling and content creation.

• People who love engaging audiences online.
